The pursuit of Quality of the highest order (see our Quality Policy) is a constant goal for Options. Options is accredited to Quality Standard ISO 9001 2015 and that along with ISO 45001 2018 forms our integrated Business Management System.
We are also fully accredited with the National Electricity Registration Scheme NERS
Quality is measured on a daily basis by means of internal and client audits with external audits being carried out on an annual rolling programme by the various bodies to which we are accredited.
Our Quality performance is reviewed monthly at Board level comparing the information gathered from these audits against the targets set in our company objectives.
